Refund Process

1. Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery for issues

2. Provide order details and photos of damaged/incorrect items

3. Wait for approval from our quality assurance team

4. Return shipping instructions will be provided if needed

5. Refund will be processed after return verification

 

Refund Timeline

• Refund approval: 1-2 business days

• Return shipping: 7-14 business days

• Refund processing: 5-7 business days after return verification

• Bank processing: 2-5 business days

 

Important Notes

• Prescription medications cannot be returned unless damaged

• Return shipping costs may apply in certain cases

• Original packaging must be intact for returns

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
